PROFILE

The Latitude20 architecture team has delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments in concert with construction and interior design. Our focus is to design and build environments that enrich and transform people’s lives and actively engage in a ‘design conversation’ with their surroundings.

Detail-oriented, Latitude20 specializes in the design of hospitality, condominiums, retail and residential projects. The approach is always holistic, often engaging interiors and landscape design with the architecture.

We operate on an idea-solution basis with the objective of excellence, efficiency and functionality that has become our reputation.

PHILOSOPHY

Latitude20 Architecture strives to create spaces that resonate with man’s unending endeavor to be in harmony with his soul and the world he lives in. We seek to create enduring and memorable environments that inspire and engage people. It is about place-making, form, aesthetics and being sensitive and responsive to the climate, location, culture and peoples’ needs.

Ultimately, we want to bring greater value to physical spaces, developing sustainable environments that surprise and amaze, giving a sense of meaning and connection.
